Our most approachable variety a naturally sweet, medium-body coffee with flavor notes of honey, caramel, and stone fruit. Processed using a honey method that preserves the natural sugars in the cherry, this is the coffee we recommend for people who are new to specialty El Salvador coffee or who prefer a softer, less acidic profile.

Pacamara
Pacamara is Aroma Madre’s flagship variety and the highest-scoring lot we produce. Grown at 1,650 meters, the Pacamara bean develops a distinctive flavor profile of honey, caramel, citric acidity, and ripe peach, with a medium-low body and a long, clean honey finish. Awarded ESPECIAL classification by the ISC. If you only try one variety, try this one.

Gesha
Gesha is the rarest lot we produce, only five lots are available per season. Grown at the highest elevations of Finca El Jaguar, our Gesha produces a delicate, floral, tea-like cup with extraordinary clarity. Availability is limited and we recommend reaching out early to secure your allocation.
