We start with one.
We grow with care.
We look for small, locally-owned farms — artisanal process, close community ties, and a passion for coffee and the well-being of their people. Today, we start with Finca El Jaguar, and we’ll bring in more
farms only as they share these values.
Owned by the Martinez family in Cantón El Brujo — 43.2 acres between 1,550 and 1,725 masl. Every lot traces to a place, a harvest, and a family, with full ISC analysis behind it.

Beyond the bean.
The idea of the project is to support the farms we work with through education and economic development. We’re collaborating with an NGO — Programa Velasco — to build educational programs for children and teenagers, and initiatives that support single mothers.
By giving these communities visibility, locally and internationally, we showcase the quality of their coffee and create real ways for people to help — through fair, conscious consumption.
